本文在环氧涂料中添加玄武岩鳞片,提高其防腐蚀性能。针对玄武岩鳞片的团聚问题,通过机械力化学改性工艺,采用正硅酸四乙酯、HY-311型钛酸酯偶联剂、E-44型环氧树脂对玄武岩鳞片进行杂化包覆,结果表明,杂化包覆后玄武岩鳞片的沉降时间从2h提高至96 h。杂化包覆玄武岩鳞片添加量为20%涂层的性能最优,附着力为13.40 MPa,耐盐雾时间为2000 h,在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡2000 h后,0.01 Hz的阻抗模值仍然有5.15×109 Ω·cm2。 相似文献

PurposeTo evaluate the ocular surface at the microstructural level of adults who habitually undertake indoor-suntanning utilising in vivo confocal microscopy.MethodsParticipants were prospectively recruited and enrolled into either а study group (n = 75) with a history UV indoor tanning, or a control group (n = 75) with no prior history of artificial tanning. The study group participated in voluntary tanning sessions performed with standard equipment and maintained their usual routine for eye protection. Slit lamp biomicroscopy and in vivo confocal microscopy were performed at baseline before undertaking a series of suntanning sessions (10 sessions of 10 min duration over a 15 day period), within three days after the last session, and four weeks after the last session. Control group participants were examined at baseline and 8 weeks later and did not participate in tanning sessions.ResultsAll participants were female with a mean age of 25 ± 4 years and 24 ± 4 years in the study and control groups, respectively. No clinically significant changes were observed in either group over time using slit lamp biomicroscopy (all p ≥ 0.05), however, statistically significant differences were observed between the study and the control group for all corneal layers imaged using confocal microscopy (all p ≤ 0.03). Characteristic cystic conjunctival lesions with dark centres and bright borders were observed in 95% of the study group before and in 100% after the suntanning sessions.ConclusionIndoor suntanning resulted in statistically significant microstructural changes in the cornea and the bulbar conjunctiva that are undetectable with slit lamp biomicroscopy. 相似文献

Mechanical robustness is a central concern for moving artificial superhydrophobic surfaces to application practices. It is believed that bulk hydrophilic materials cannot be use to construct micro/nanoarchitectures for superhydrophobicity since abrasion‐induced exposure of hydrophilic surfaces leads to remarkable degradation of water repellency. To address this challenge, the robust mechanical durability of a superhydrophobic surface with metal (hydrophilic) textures, through scalable construction of a flexible coral‐reef‐like hierarchical architecture on various substrates including metals, glasses, and ceramics, is demonstrated. Discontinuous coral‐reef‐like Cu architecture is built by solid‐state spraying commercial electrolytic Cu particles (15–65 µm) at supersonic particle velocities. Subsequent flame oxidation is applied to introduce a porous hard surface oxide layer. Owing to the unique combination of the flexible coral‐reef‐like architecture and self‐similar manner of the fluorinated hard oxide surface layer, the coating surface retains its water repellency with an extremely low roll‐off angle (<2°) after cyclic sand‐paper abrasion, mechanical bending, sand‐grit erosion, knife‐scratching, and heavy loading of simulated acid rain droplets. Strong adhesion to glass, ceramics, and metals up to 34 MPa can be achieved without using adhesive. The results show that the present superhydrophobic coating can have wide outdoor applications for self‐cleaning and corrosion protection of metal parts. 相似文献

To investigate the formation mechanism of the dendrites glass-ceramics and the effect of TaB2 modifier on the oxidation-inhibition ability of Si-based coatings in aerobic environment with broad temperature region for carbon materials, the Si-based coatings modified with different TaB2 content were fabricated by the liquid phase sintering method. The fabricated coatings and its corresponding composite powders were investigated in dynamic TG aerobic environments up to 1500 ℃. The initial oxidation temperatures of Si-based coatings modified with TaB2 powders are almost completely suppressed to 800 ℃. With the increase of TaB2 phase content, the relative oxygen permeability of the Si-based coatings is significantly reduced, which can be interpreted as the generation of liquid boride, silicide and Ta-Si-B-O compound glass ceramics those can improve the stability of the coating. 石化产品在储运过程中若发生污染事故,污染物会通过包气带渗入到地下水中,对地下水质量产生影响。通过预测,制定科学的地下水防治措施,是防止项目对地下水环境造成影响的有效手段。以广东某石化建设项目为例,在查明水文地质条件的基础上,预测和评价项目运营期对地下水环境可能造成的影响,并针对这种影响提出相应的防渗技术措施且预测了防渗措施的有效性。预测结果表明:采取防渗措施后,污染源强对地下水的影响范围明显缩小,说明防渗措施能有效的防止污染物进入地下水,保护地下水资源。 相似文献
